This is Bigger Than Just One Incident—It’s Systemic Corruption

What has happened, and continues to happen, to me isn’t just a personal loss—it’s part of a much larger, calculated scheme.

HOA-governed condo complexes are being hijacked and converted into high-dollar corporate rental properties. The playbook? Use fraudulent foreclosures and substandard maintenance to force out individual property owners, all while piling HOA fees onto remaining residents to fund perks that benefit corporate investors—not the people actually living there.

There's a local "Rental Management" Co. spearheading this illegal conversion. If you're from Fresno, or a surrounding County in the San Joaquin Valley, you'll probably recognize their name.

My case is just one example, but it’s exposing a pattern. And it’s time people started paying attention.

I have launched a GiveSendGo campaign to cover immediate costs, but more importantly, to keep fighting this fight. Because if they can do it to me, they can do it to anyone.
