So this happened.


My first official Hate Mail. Not from a scammer. Not from a stranger.

But from someone inside this complex.

Someone who knows my address.

Someone who registered to buy my home at auction—and couldn’t resist sending a little love note.

Their Message:

"Ms. White,

This is to inform you that I have registered for the auction and it is my intention to purchase your Condo...

To tell you the truth, you have been absolutely the worse neighbor I have ever had. I and the other owners in your complex just want to see you gone.

So instead of giving you a reasonable offer... I will give it to the people who are foreclosing on you.

Being a shithead will cost you plenty of money, but at least we will be rid of you.

Who Sent It?


Honestly? I don’t know.

Could’ve been Hector.

Could’ve been Guidici.

Could’ve been Goza, Jennifer, or someone else with just enough time and hate in their hands.


Here’s what I do know:


•They know my unit number.


•They know the auction timeline.


•And they’re so invested in my removal, they wrote this from a place of pure spite—not strategy.


That narrows the pool considerably.

Because nothing says mature HOA leadership like mocking homelessness in writing.

Unlawful Violation Fees & Selective Enforcement

... W hat Every Homeowner Should Know If you live in an HOA-controlled community, you’ve probably received a violation notice at some point. Maybe it was for parking, landscaping, or something as trivial as riding a bike or skateboard. But what happens when these fines are unlawful ? Worse yet, what if they are being selectively enforced? That’s exactly the situation I’m dealing with right now. Im currently looking at two (2) envelopes containing  twenty-one (42) violation notices—each charging me $50—for the exact same alleged infraction. But here’s the problem: The HOA’s 501(c)(4) tax status legally prohibits them from charging arbitrary fines. They can only impose fees that cover the actual cost of repairing damages.
