This is not a case of delinquency or violation. It’s a case of targeted retaliation disguised as enforcement.

The actions taken against me are not rooted in failure to pay or legitimate rule infractions, but in a pattern of willful hostility and procedural abuse. The HOA has deliberately bypassed due process, fabricating fines and accelerating non-judicial foreclosure proceedings without proper notice, service, or legal standing. Their conduct reflects malicious haste, not lawful governance.

This fund exists to expose and challenge a broader campaign of harassment, misrepresentation, and unlawful displacement—not to cover up personal irresponsibility. The record will show: this is about control, not compliance.
