Why Doesn't Anyone Give a Rip That This Isn't Only Affecting MY Airspace!

This is coming from the unit in front of me. And what I realized going through the array of photographic evidence of HOA/MGT neglect I have is that this entire block of eight (8) units is sharing air, water, plumbing, thus making all of them infected with this... This…shit. Most recently the shit blown off the roofs and into my attic, specifically, was black, moldy, disgusting leaves. Not in my yard, as per usual, and not blown OFF the roof but INTO the attic. That's the black residue in the most recent sink photos. It's all over my floors too. But I'm sure I'm the ONLY ONE AFFECTED. You enjoy your lunch, Code Enforcement. Children and pregnant women live here and breathe this... Toxic shit, man. Robert L. Jensen & Associates, Rental Management **knows**. The *Villa del Sol* plastic Board of Directors **knows**. Derek Henderson, City of Fresno, Code Enforcement has known for quite a while. But, he "spoke with 'Managenent' (Samuel Dupuy Goza) and it was all good. I'm *mentally ill* don't cha know.

That, or it's the sprinklers that weren't on that flooded three condos and turned the flower bed into a lake. It never made sense to me either. There's more, it will make even less sense.

Unlawful Violation Fees & Selective Enforcement

... W hat Every Homeowner Should Know If you live in an HOA-controlled community, you’ve probably received a violation notice at some point. Maybe it was for parking, landscaping, or something as trivial as riding a bike or skateboard. But what happens when these fines are unlawful ? Worse yet, what if they are being selectively enforced? That’s exactly the situation I’m dealing with right now. Im currently looking at two (2) envelopes containing  twenty-one (42) violation notices—each charging me $50—for the exact same alleged infraction. But here’s the problem: The HOA’s 501(c)(4) tax status legally prohibits them from charging arbitrary fines. They can only impose fees that cover the actual cost of repairing damages. If there’s no damage, there’s no legal basis for the fee. The HOA’s CC&Rs don’t support this violation.
