📣 HOA & Trustee FRAUD ALERT: This Wasn’t a Foreclosure — It Was a Coordinated Theft.

Look at my front doors:
 

It was broken into.

Frame splintered. Hardware damaged.

Left unsecured for months (since 21 or 22 Sept. 2024)

No police report.

No insurance claim.

No access to the HOA’s master policy—or even a chance to pay the $5,000 deductible.

One of my stolen items? A ring worth more than that deductible alone.

But they never intended to help.

They watched it happen.




They said nothing.

🛑 And now they’ve conducted a foreclosure and Trustee sale that was never legally eligible.

This wasn’t just shady.
It was illegal.

This property did not qualify for non-judicial foreclosure—because of:

• Known mold contamination

• Failing sewer infrastructure

• A rotted roof and toxic air quality

• Documented HOA negligence of all required repairs


They used a legal process they had no right to use, because I can’t afford a lawyer to fight back.

🔍 Pattern of Deceit & Retaliation:

No late notices. None. Ever.
HOA fees were being paid by my parents.

ZERO communication. They never responded to my formal demands about violation legitimacy.

Instead, I received 17 violations in rapid succession—
2–3 per day for the same thing, totaling $850 in fines for something they legally cannot restrict (riding a personal e-scooter from the gate to my door).

Foreclosure letter dated April 17, delivered AFTER the 7-day response deadline passed.

Not in my USPS Informed Delivery Digest. It was planted directly in my mailbox.


This was never about fees.
This was about pushing me out quietly.

You don’t get to:

  • Refuse critical repairs
  • Let the unit be broken into
  • Deny my right to file a claim
  • Fine me for an unenforceable rule
  • And then call it a "non-judicial foreclosure" 


This isn’t a “process.”
This is a setup.

Unlawful Violation Fees & Selective Enforcement

Maybe it was for parking, landscaping, or something as trivial as riding a bike or skateboard. But what happens when these fines are unlawful ? Worse yet, what if they are being selectively enforced? Im currently looking at two (2) envelopes containing  twenty-one (42) violation notices—each charging me $50—for the exact same alleged infraction.
