Look at my front doors:
It was broken into.

No police report.
No insurance claim.
No access to the HOA’s master policy—or even a chance to pay the $5,000 deductible.
One of my stolen items? A ring worth more than that deductible alone.
But they never intended to help.
They watched it happen.
They said nothing.
🛑 And now they’ve conducted a foreclosure and Trustee sale that was never legally eligible.
This wasn’t just shady.
It was illegal.
This property did not qualify for non-judicial foreclosure—because of:
• Known mold contamination
• Failing sewer infrastructure
• A rotted roof and toxic air quality
• Documented HOA negligence of all required repairs
They used a legal process they had no right to use, because I can’t afford a lawyer to fight back.

HOA fees were being paid by my parents.

Instead, I received 17 violations in rapid succession—
2–3 per day for the same thing, totaling $850 in fines for something they legally cannot restrict (riding a personal e-scooter from the gate to my door).
Foreclosure letter dated April 17, delivered AFTER the 7-day response deadline passed.
Not in my USPS Informed Delivery Digest. It was planted directly in my mailbox.
