I just got jolted out of a dead sleep feeling like my body was on fire — THIS is what I saw:

💀 Brown, toxic sludge rising UP FROM THE DRAIN.
This sink doesn’t even have water service. You KNOW what THAT means it’s coming from the sewer. And it’s not the first time.

No running water.

No functioning plumbing.

The 2nd image? New! That's carpet under a box that dissolved since the jackhammer foundation removal. THIS IS A OK with Fresno Code Enforcement image 3 is the foundation concrete removed from Unit 109 in front of me, the other side of my bathroom (followed by the stench of rotten eggs), and Derek was notified, RLJ was notified, I heard NOTHING. Now? The sludge is squishing UP!

This condominium is not an "island." This sludge is running downhill through the complex before it reaches the street. Electric augers and jackhammers are exacerbating a situation that is already untenable. The residents in this complex are clueless to the toxins they are being exposed to on a daily basis.

... W hat Every Homeowner Should Know If you live in an HOA-controlled community, you’ve probably received a violation notice at some point. Maybe it was for parking, landscaping, or something as trivial as riding a bike or skateboard. But what happens when these fines are unlawful ? Worse yet, what if they are being selectively enforced? Im currently looking at two (2) envelopes containing  twenty-one (42) violation notices—each charging me $50—for the exact same alleged infraction. But here’s the problem: The HOA’s 501(c)(4) tax status legally prohibits them from charging arbitrary fines. They can only impose fees that cover the actual cost of repairing damages.
