Constructive Eviction in Cali
To: Robert L. Jensen & Associates; Nikolas Hugosson; Steven R. Hrdlicka, Eviction Attorney for Property Management; Steven R. Hrdlicka, “Neutral” Trustee; Sandra Guidici; Ayoka Howell; and Samuel Dupuy Goza (aka Samuel D. Goza, Sam Dupuy Goza, Sam D. Goza, Sam Goza, et al.),
There is NO LEGIT BOARD of Director's, no one is required to pay dues!
RLJs SOI is delinquent since Jan. They can't do any business, including this perverted Trustee sale.

This isn’t an apartment complex. I didn’t rent my home. I owned it — until your crooked network engineered otherwise.
The cast is clear:
Samuel Dupuy Goza started the charade.
Trevor Clay Gregg kept it running.
Rachelle Dunne stepped in next (no comment).
And finally, Nikolas Hugosson closed the loop, pretending it’s just another eviction.
Meanwhile, the trustee — Steven R. Hrdlicka — launders the whole thing through “neutral” Trustee sales and bloated foreclosure filings.
Now my $147,000 in overage sits in limbo. Money that exists. Money that’s mine. Yet I’m supposed to move with nothing. Zero. No money, no AC and
One HOA member even told me flat out: I was such a “horrible neighbor” he would make sure I was “left with nothing.” When I didn’t hear a word over the weekend about the availability of those funds, I got a little antsy.
That money should be mine today.
I’m not holding my breath.
Addendum 1: The trustee has control over the funds. I’m fairly certain the lien document printing company is tied to Hrdlicka. It was also his notary they coerced me into using. I knew it was a setup. Three days later, a “3-Day Notice to Vacate” appeared on my gate, backdated to claim I had been served earlier. I hadn’t. All I had done was sign the notary book under coercion — supposedly for the overage. That was just more fraud.
Addendum 2: Let’s be clear: Nikolas Hugosson knows this isn’t an apartment complex. He was a law student and the point man the first time Villa del Sol and Hrdlicka foreclosed on me. He knew then that Property Management was running foreclosures. He ignored me and blamed his boss, my attorney. Now, with all these issues making the property ineligible for sale, he still signed off. Every single player knows it.

In Closing:
When the ambulance comes, because that’s where this sabotage leads, I’ll make sure they know to bring PPE.
All anyone has to do is look up at the ceiling.
