🏚️ I Can’t Evict Her. She Owns Her Condo.
On Thursday, June 12th, 2025, at approximately 9:15 AM, I witnessed and documented what appears to be an illegal demolition right outside my unit at Villa Del Sol in Fresno, CA. A crew with no visible company name, working from an unmarked truck, began removing concrete foundation slabs just feet from my home — without any posted permits, safety signage, or prior notice.
This was not a minor repair. It was full-on demolition. And it was done recklessly — with jackhammers and no oversight. I left the property for my own safety. Before I did, I took the photo below. It shows the broken foundation being hauled away.
Then on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 15th around 4:00 AM, my unit filled with the unmistakable stench of rotten eggs — the kind that signals either a natural gas leak or raw sewage exposure. Given the foundation removal just days prior, I believe this was no coincidence.
Let me be clear:
- There were no permits.
- There were no inspectors.
- There was no communication from the HOA or property management company.
This is the same HOA whose property manager openly told police:
"I can’t evict her. She owns her condo." ~Samuel Dupuy Goza
And that’s the truth. They can’t evict me. But what happens when an HOA decides to bypass the courts entirely and just make your home unlivable?
Mold. Sewage. Noise harassment. Foundation damage. Fake fines. And now—dangerous, unregulated construction with real health consequences.
This is bigger than me. It’s about how non-judicial foreclosure laws and unchecked HOA power are being weaponized to force owners out of homes they’ve paid off, just so a management company can convert the property into a rental portfolio.
I’m sending this evidence to State Senator Shannon Grove and my Assemblyman, and I encourage others to speak up before this becomes the new norm in California housing.
Full documentation, photos, and timeline coming soon. Stay tuned.
