Left unsecured for months ( since 21 or 22 Sept. 2024 ) No police report. No insurance claim. No access to the HOA’s master policy—or even a chance to pay the $5,000 deductible. One of my stolen items? A ring worth more than that deductible alone. But they never intended to help. They watched it happen. They said nothing. 🛑 And now they’ve conducted a foreclosure and Trustee sale that was never legally eligible. This wasn’t just shady. It was illegal.
